If there’s one thing that would never go missing from our dinner table, it’s soup! My family and I love eating soup on the side of our main dish, especially during the cold Winter season. It’s a must and it almost always has no leftovers, we love soup that much. My favorite kind of soup is hamburger soup because it’s very yummy, savory, and meaty.

Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and place the ground beef. Break it apart, then cook until nice and brown, turn off the heat, and drain off all the excess grease. Prepare the crockpot, then put in the mixed veggies followed by the cream of mushroom soup, and cooked beef, and then pour in the V8 juice. Season them with salt and pepper to taste, then give them a good mix, and cover the pot with the lid. Cook the soup on a high setting for about 4 to 5 hours, then adjust the flavor to taste if needed, and serve. Enjoy!
