Step 1
Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef, and cook them until nice and brown. Drain off the excess grease, then add them to the pot of the slow cooker, and add then add the diced onion and diced bell pepper. Season them with chili powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, then add in the beer, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and pinto beans.

Step 2
Get a heat-proof glass bowl, then add the water and beef bouillon cube, and heat them for about 40 seconds or until the water is hot enough to melt the cube. Take the bowl out of the microwave, then give them a good stir, and dissolve the cube. Pour in the mixture to the slow cooker, then continue to stir until incorporated, and cover it with the lid. Let them cook on a low setting for 8 hours or on a high setting for 4 hours. Make sure to not stir or remove the lid the entire cooking time, then once done cooking, serve, and enjoy!
