Cooking spaghetti is now made easier with the help of a crockpot and this recipe by Coop Can Cook! All you have to do is to prepare the ingredients and cook the dish with minimal supervision, instead of keeping an eye constantly on the food you’re preparing, now you can do other things while you wait for it to get done cooking. This is the perfect method that you can do without compromising the amazing and delicious taste of the dish.
Step 1
Spray your crockpot with a non-stick cooking spray, then place the washed and cleaned chicken breasts at the bottom, also make sure that the chicken breasts have been pat dry. Add in the diced onion, diced bell pepper, diced celery stalk, and minced garlic. Then, season it with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Also, add in the Rotel tomatoes, you can either include the liquid or drain it, add the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup as well (you can skip this if you don’t like it). Pour in the chicken broth, then place the lid of the crockpot and cook it on low setting for 4 hours or high setting for 2 hours.

Step 2
Remove the chicken, shred it, and set it aside. Then pour in the half and half or just regular milk onto the crockpot, give it a good stir, then add in the American cheese and cream cheese as well. Place the uncooked pasta and press it down into the liquid until it is completely covered. Add the chicken back in, then place the lid back on the crockpot, and cook it on a high setting until the pasta is completely cooked, check it every 15 minutes. Then, give it a good stir, and taste whether to adjust the seasoning as desired. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top, then close the lid, and let the remaining heat melt the cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
