When it comes to a recipe, there’s only one content creator I run to, and that is The Stay At Home Chef on YouTube. Her recipes and tutorials are often very easy to make and simple to follow which is very beneficial, especially for beginner cooks. If you want to learn how, then proceed to the instructions below.
Step 1
Prepare and chop all of the vegetables, then clean the chicken breasts as needed, and place them at the bottom of a 6 or 8-quart slow cooker. Put all of the chopped onion, carrots, celery, ginger, and garlic on top, then add in the thyme and oregano, and pour in the chicken broth.

Step 2
Give them a good stir, then put the lid on the crockpot, and cook the chicken on a low setting for about 6 to 8 hours or on a high setting for about 3 to 4 hours. Shred the chicken using a fork, then add the egg noodles, and stir them in nicely.
Step 3
Put the lid back on the crockpot, then continue to cook them on a high setting for an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until the egg noodles are soft and cooked through. Add the parsley, then stir them well, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
