The best snacks to prepare are those that are super easy to make and are so delicious that it’s addicting! Just like this recipe by ThatDudeCanCook on YouTube. I was never a huge fan of peppers, let alone Jalapenos, but that changed when I found out about this recipe and tried it at home. In my opinion, this is the best way to cook Jalapenos and it is so yummy that I can eat it every day. You should try making this and then see for yourself.

Step 1
In a blender, add the buttermilk, mayonnaise, avocado, and ranch seasoning, then blend them together for about 20 seconds until well combined, add the chopped cilantro, and continue to blend for another 30 seconds until incorporated. Transfer the sauce to a container or dish with a lid and set it aside in the fridge to thicken. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then whisk them together until well combined, add the beer gradually, and continue to whisk until incorporated and smooth. Season it with a bit of salt and give them a good whisk to combine.

Step 2
Slice the jalapenos into ¼-inch thick round pieces, then drop them in the flour, and toss them well until nicely coated. Shake the jalapeno slices, then coat them in the batter, and heat up some oil until 190°C or 375°F. Take a coated jalapeno, then scrape excess batter from each side, and drop them into the hot oil 10 to 12 pieces at a time so as to not overcrowd the pan. Let them cook for about 4 to 5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, then place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off all the excess grease, make sure to sprinkle some salt immediately, serve with the prepared dipping sauce, and enjoy!
