Serve this for your dinner and your family will surely thank you.
Flour Mixture
Egg Mixture
Honey Garlic Glaze/Sauce
Step 1
Place a large saucepan or pot on a stove over medium heat, then add the minced garlic, and saute them for about 1 to 2 minutes until nice and brown. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, and pure honey, then give them a good whisk, and bring it to a boil until bubbly. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat and remove the pan, then give the sauce a good mix, and set the sauce aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, adobo all-purpose seasoning, smoked paprika, and ground black pepper, then stir them tall together for about 2 minutes until fully combined and uniform, and in a separate mixing bowl, mix together the egg and milk until well combined and incorporated.

Step 2
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then preheat it to 350°F, and pour the oil letting it heat up for about 5 to 7 minutes. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then soak them in the egg mixture one at a time and dredge them in the flour mixture shaking off all the excess. Fry them in the hot oil in batches to not overcrowd the pan, then let them cook for about 10 minutes, flip, and cook the other side for another 10 minutes until nice and crispy. Transfer them to a strainer or plate lined with paper towels, then let them rest for about 2 minutes, and dip them in the sauce or glaze. You can pour more sauce all over them, then serve, and enjoy!
