These pickles are nestled in lots of shredded cheese, then they are baked to crispy and gooey perfection. It’s a combination of textures that you never thought you needed!

Step 1
Pick the pickles out of the jar leaving out the juice, then place the pickles on a plate lined with a paper towel, and blot them with another paper towel to dry. Flip the pickles over, then blot the other side with a paper towel to dry them well.
Step 2
You can grease a muffin pan first with melted butter or nonstick cooking spray if you want. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on each cup of the muffin pan, then place a piece of pickle on the center of each cheese, and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Step 3
Place them in a preheated oven at 375°F or 190°C, then allow them to bake for about 12 minutes, and let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Scrape the sides and gently unmold each cheesy pickle cup, then serve, and enjoy!
