Sift over the cornstarch and continue to whisk them until fully combined. Moisten an 18-20 cm or 7-8 inches baking dish with water, then crumple a piece of parchment paper, open it up, and lay it on the baking dish making sure to place it nicely with an overhang on the sides. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, then place it in the preheated oven at 170°C or 338°F, and allow it to bake for about 35 to 50 minutes depending on the oven. Once done baking, allow it to cool down for a bit, then place it in the fridge, and let it chill for at least 1 to 2 hours. When ready, slice, serve, and enjoy!
