It is jam-packed with green peas, cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, and a flavorful dressing. Making this salad is super easy and won’t even take more than 10 minutes to prepare. It is a staple for potlucks, Holidays, baby showers, or any gathering. You can serve it with any grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, burger, deviled eggs, steak kabobs, and a lot more.

Start by placing the peas in a microwave safe bowl, then microwave in 90 second increments. Stir in between until they are barely thawed.
Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes or you can shred it. Add the cheese into the peas, followed by the crumbled bacon and red onion. Stir until well combined.
Add the sour cream, mayo, apple cider vinegar, dried dill, salt, and pepper into the cheese and peas mixture. Mix until well combined. Make a taste test and add more salt and pepper if needed.
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
