Place a large pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up about 4 to 6 cups of water, and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. While waiting for the macaroni to cook, mix together all of the cheese in a large plate or bowl, and set it aside. Once the macaroni is done cooking, drain off all the excess water, then add some butter, and give it a good mix. Place a large deep pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat it up, and add the butter and flour. Whisk them together for about 1 to 2 minutes until combined before adding the milk gradually, then continue whisking until combined and uniform.

Season it with garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, green seasoning, and old bay, then whisk them together until incorporated, and preheat your oven to 200 degrees at this point. Next, add the mixed cheese to the pan, then continue whisking until melted and smooth, add the macaroni, and mix them together until well coated with cheese. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, then spread them evenly, and top with a generous amount of mixed cheese until covered. Put it in the preheated oven, then let it bake at 200°C or 392°F uncovered for about 30 to 40 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
