Lemon is one of my favorite fruits, I love how sour and citrusy it tastes, and I incorporate it in every recipe that I can. One of my go-to lemon-infused desserts is this creamy lemon bar recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 170°C or 340°F, then line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter, then mix them until uniform, and transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
Step 2
Press the crust mixture down the bottom and sides firmly, then place it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 15 minutes. Once done baking, remove it from the oven, then set it aside, and let it cool down completely.
Step 3
In a separate mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and lemon zest, then give them a good mix until well combined, and gradually pour in the fresh lemon juice while whisking continuously until smooth and incorporated.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the cooled crust, then put it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 18 minutes or until set. After baking, let it cool down completely, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or up to overnight, and serve. Enjoy!
