I have to admit, this easy creamy garlic chicken recipe by SOS Kitchen is the best version I have ever made at home. The chicken is super tender and moist and the sauce is phenomenal. It’s creamy, savory, and just delicious. It was so quick to prepare, so definitely try it out.

Slice the chicken in half lengthwise and place on a zip lock bag. Pound the chicken about 0.3 inches thin with the flat side of a meat mallet.
Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano on both sides.
In a container or plate, add 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika. Mix until well combined.
Coat all chicken breast with the flour mixture.
Place a pan over high heat and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the coated chicken fillet and fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another 5 to 6 minutes. Once done, transfer to a plate. Cook in batches.
Reduce the heat to low and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Next, add 3 tablespoons of flour and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of mustard, followed by the chicken stock, and cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper, then add the grated cheese. Mix until well combined.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve on a plate with the sauce, then sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
