Chicken
Sauce
Step 1
Cut the chicken through in half, then season them with some chicken bouillon, ground black pepper, and salt, then sprinkle some cajun seasoning, all-purpose chicken seasoning, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and rub them into the chicken until well coated.
Step 2
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, drizzle a small amount of oil, and allow it to heat up before adding the seasoned chicken. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes per side until nice and brown or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 154°F.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and set them aside, then add the pasta to boiling water sprinkled with some salt, and cook them until al dente. In the same pan, add the butter, then allow it to melt before adding the onions, and saute them until translucent.

Step 4
Add the garlic, then continue to stir and saute until fragrant, and add in the flour a little while stirring constantly until combined. Pour in the chicken stock and keep stirring to dissolve, then add the heavy cream, and stir until well combined.
Step 5
Lower the heat, then add the cream of chicken condensed soup and cream cheese, and allow the cream to incorporate into the sauce. Slice the chicken breast into cubes, then add both cheeses to the sauce, and mix to combine.
Step 6
You can add the Rotel at this point and mix them into the sauce, then add the cooked and drained pasta, and fold them until well coated. Add the chicken pieces, and the scoop half of the creamy pasta mix into the 9×13-inch baking dish spreading it evenly, and sprinkle some cheese all over the top.
Step 7
Add the second layer of pasta, then sprinkle the remaining cheese, and garnish them with parsley and some red chili flakes. Place it into a preheated oven at 400°F, then allow it to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes uncovered, and broil it at 475°F for 1 to 2 additional minutes. Serve and enjoy!
