Ingredients:

Seasoning Mixture

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

Salmon Bites

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cajun Seasoning

Directions:

Step 1

Slice the salmon into small bite-sized pieces, then drizzle some oil, and massage them until well coated. In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt, then mix them together until uniform, and pour it all over the salmon pieces. Give them a good mix until well seasoned, then place a skillet pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, and let some butter melt. Add the flour, then give it a good stir, and let it cook until the flour is incorporated. Add the garlic paste, then stir and saute for a few minutes, and pour the chicken broth.

Pour the heavy cream as well, then add cajun seasoning, and stir them all together until well combined and incorporated. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts bubbling and the sauce has thickened, then add the parmesan, and whisk it consistently until there are no more lumps. Set the sauce aside, then place a clean pan on the stove over medium to medium-high heat, and heat up some oil before placing the seasoned salmon bites. Let them cook for about 2 minutes per side until nicely seared and golden brown, then transfer them to a serving plate, and drizzle the prepared sauce all over them. Garnish it with some chopped parsley, then serve, and enjoy!
