Easy Creamy Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1⅓ cup of milk
• 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
• 3 cups of heavy cream
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 (12-ounce) box of vanilla wafer cookies
• 4 bananas, sliced into round pieces
• 2 tsp of sugar

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the milk, vanilla pudding mix, and sweetened condensed milk, then whisk them together until smooth and there are no more lumps, and then place it in the fridge to chill for at least 5 minutes or until set.

Step 2

In another large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and vanilla, then beat them for about 2 to 3 minutes or until stiff peaks start to form, and fold half portion of it into the pudding mixture setting aside the other half portion.

Step 3

Place a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of a 3-quart trifle dish, then top it with a third of the pudding mixture, and spread it evenly. Add another layer of vanilla wafer over it, then add a layer of banana sliced, and continue layering with the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Place it in the refrigerator, then allow it to chill for at least overnight or up to overnight, and prepare the topping. Simply add the sugar to the whipped cream, then give them a good mix, and dollop them all over the top of the banana pudding. Sprinkle the top with crumbled wafer, then serve, and enjoy!
