Creamy Breakfast Avocado Toast Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 clove garlic
- about 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- half of a lemon
- salt
- 2 pieces of bread
- honey
- chili flakes
How to Make Creamy Avocado Toast
Step 1:
Start by slicing the avocado in half. Using a knife, carefully remove the pit of the avocado. Slice it into cubes and add to the food processor.
Step 2:
Add the garlic and greek yogurt into the food processor. Squeeze the lemon, remove any seeds, then add to the food processor.
Step 3:
Add a pinch of salt and mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 4:
Toast both slices of bread.
Step 5:
Spread the creamy avocado mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle more salt on top. You can add chili flakes and drizzle honey if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
