The sliced avocado pieces or mashed avocado are great if you are looking for some texture, but if you want something smooth and spreadable, blend the ingredients together. I personally love making this spread since all the flavors are well combined, then I add some chunk pieces on top.

I absolutely love the combination of avocado, garlic, yogurt, lemon, and salt. The flavors are incredible! I also did not expect that adding honey and chili flakes could make it even better. Start by slicing the avocado in half. Using a knife, carefully remove the pit of the avocado. Slice it into cubes and add to the food processor.
Add the garlic and greek yogurt into the food processor. Squeeze the lemon, remove any seeds, then add to the food processor.
Add a pinch of salt and mix until smooth and creamy.
Toast both slices of bread.
Spread the creamy avocado mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle more salt on top. You can add chili flakes and drizzle honey if preferred. Serve and enjoy!
