For soft bread. In a bowl, add milk, sugar, and instant dry yeast. Mix all ingredients well. Next, add the bread flour, salt, and egg. Stir until there is no milk then knead for 5 minutes until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Transfer to the work surface and add the unsalted butter. Continue kneading until the butter is fully incorporated into the dough. Then continue kneading for another 15 minutes. Next, shape it into a ball and ferment for 45-60 minutes or until it doubles in size.
After 1 hour, punch the dough and knead for 2 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape them into balls. After shaping, proof them for another 30 minutes until it reaches about 1.5 of their original size. Proof them inside a turned-off oven with a glass of hot water so they won’t dry out. Bake them at 356 F for 15 to 20 minutes until it turns golden brown. Once done, let it cool.
For the cream cheese mixture. Put the butter into a bowl and smoothen using a spatula. When completely smooth, add the sugar and mix until it dissolves. Next, add the whipping cream or heavy cream. Mix using a whisk, then place in a piping bag.
For the garlic butter sauce. In a bowl, add salt and melt the butter by putting the bowl into a pot with boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature. Next, add the garlic, condensed milk, egg, honey, and parsley. Mix all ingredients well combined.
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F. Cut the bread into 6 parts. Add the cream cheese mixture into the middle of each part using the piping bag. Don’t ipe too much. Once done, pour the garlic sauce on the bread or you can dip them. Do the same for the remaining 3 pieces of bread. Bake again in the oven at 320 degrees F for 10 minutes.
