  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 cups of cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
  • 1/3 cup of dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup of celery, finely chopped

Step 1

Get the cooked chicken, then remove the skin, and chop or shred the meat into small pieces. Put the chicken in a large bowl, then add the cranberries, celery, red onion, and chopped walnuts, and set them aside.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper, then give them a good mix until combined, and pour the dressing into the large bowl of salad. Gently toss them until completely coated, then adjust the seasonings to taste, and serve. Enjoy!
