Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 &  1/3 cup of low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • butter
  • syrup

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 2 & 1/3 cup of low-fat buttermilk, 2 cracked eggs, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Whisk well. After whisking, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of baking soda, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix it all well to combine the ingredients.

Step 2

In a skillet, melt some butter, then scoop out the batter and add to the skillet. (It’s up to you how big you want your pancakes to be.) When you see many bubbles forming on top, it’s time to flip it. After cooking both sides of the pancake, remove it from the pan and grease again your skillet for cooking another pancake. After you cooked all the pancakes, transfer them to a plate and pour some warm syrup on top.
