Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside for later. Place a large skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef, and break them apart into small pieces.
Step 2
Cook them until they are no longer pink, then drain off all the excess grease, and turn off the heat. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream, then stir them well until smooth and combined, add the onion powder, salt, and black pepper, and continue to mix until combined.
Step 3
Add in the ground beef, corn, half a cup of cheese, and bacon, then give them a good mix until well combined, and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly, then sprinkle half a cup of cheese on top, and cover them with a single layer of tater tots.
Step 4
Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 40 minutes or until bubbly and brown, and then top it with the remaining cheese. Put it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes until melted, then serve with more bacon on top if desired, and enjoy!
