If you don’t have an over, you can prepare this dish in your crock pot instead, simply mix together all of the ingredients, dump it in your pot or baking dish, and wait for it to cook.

Add the creamed corn, whole kernel sweet corn, Jiffy corn mix, sour cream, and butter in a large mixing bowl, then mix them all together until well combined and incorporated. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or 10-inch cast-iron skillet pan, spread it evenly, and place it in a preheated oven at 350°F. Allow it to bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the top until covered evenly, and put it back in the oven to bake for 10 to 15 more minutes or until the top starts to brown. Take it out of the oven, then allow it to cool down for about 5 minutes, and serve. You can also cook this on a lightly greased crock pot over a high setting for about 2 to 3 hours or on a low setting for about 4 hours, then add the shredded cheese on the last 20 minutes of cooking.
