I love making delicious sweets that I can enjoy during snack time with an equally yummy beverage on the side. One of the most recent pastries I baked are these condensed milk cookies by Deepali Ohri on YouTube!

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar, then break it apart with a rubber spatula, and mix until well combined. Beat the butter for about 2 minutes until creamy, then scrape the sides, and keep beating for a few more seconds. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract, then beat for another 1 to 2 minutes, add the flour, and beat everything well until combined.

Step 2
Scrape the sides, keep beating, and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for about 30 to 60 minutes to chill, then after half or a full hour, remove it from the refrigerator, and take a spoonful of the batter before rolling it into a ball. Line a baking sheet with Silpat, then grease it with a nonstick cooking spray generously, and place the balls spacing them 1 inch apart evenly.
Step 3
Press each ball down with a fork, then place it in the preheated oven at 180°C or 356°F, and let them bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly golden at the edges. Allow the cookies to cool down for about 5 minutes, transfer them to a cooling rack, and let cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
