Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp of instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp of hot water
  • 2 cups of milk
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of cornflour

Topping

  • 1 tbsp of instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of hot water

Directions:

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, add the coffee powder and hot water, then stir them together until dissolved, and set it aside. In a medium-sized saucepan, add the milk, sugar, and cornflour, then give them a good mix until well combined, and bring them to a boil. Once boiling, add the coffee mixture, then whisk them together until combined and thickened, and pour it into small cups evenly.
