This easy cinnamon roll pancake by Tasty is the perfect breakfast for your whole family. It’s very easy to make and ready in just a few minutes. I’m sure everyone in your home will get addicted to these pancakes, especially the kids. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of vegan margarine or refined coconut oil (room temperature)
- 5 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
- vegetable oil
For the glaze:
- 2 cups of confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup of water

Instructions
Step 1:
Get a large bowl and mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, add almond milk and maple syrup, then whisk together.
Step 2:
Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk to combine. Make sure not to overmix.
Step 3:
Get another small bowl, and add margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix then transfer to a pastry bag or zip-lock bag and cut off one corner.
Step 4:
Place a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it. Measure 1/4 cup of the batter and pour it onto the skillet. Pipe a circular swirl of the cinnamon mixture into the batter. Repeat the process to fill the skillet with the batter.
Step 5:
When you see a small bubble appearing in the center of the pancakes after 4 minutes, flip it and cook the other side for a minute more until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining batter. Add more oil to the skillet between batches if needed.
Step 6:
Combine confectioners’ sugar and water in a small bowl, and whisk until smooth. Drizzle the glaze on top of the pancakes. Serve and enjoy!
