For the oat mixture:
Chocolate mixture:
In a large bowl, add 3/4 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of brown sugar. Cream them together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, then mix after each addition.
Once the eggs are mixed, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined.
Add 2/3 of the oat mixture into a 9″ x 9″ pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Set aside.
Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan, followed by 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate compound and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top and spread evenly.
Top it with the remaining oat mixture on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340F for about 40 to 45 minutes. Once done baking, let it cool completely.
