This recipe by Ree Drummond via Food Network on YouTube might be the best pie I’ve ever made and tasted! It is super easy and quick to prepare and you can have it ready in just a few minutes. Plus, it only requires about 6 ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.

Step 1
The first thing that you have to do is to prepare the crust. Preheat your oven to 350°F, then prepare a pie pan, and set it aside. Place the sandwich cookies in a food processor, then pulse them until they turn into fine crumbs, and pour the melted butter over them. Stir them together using a fork or pulse them again to combine, then transfer the crumbed cookies into the prepared pie pan, and press them to the bottom and sides. Put the pie in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 5 to 7 minutes, remove it from the oven, and allow it to cool completely.

Step 2
Now, for the filling, simply add the peanut butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl, then beat them together until smooth before adding the powdered sugar, and continue beating until well combined and smooth. Add in the thawed whipped topping, then continue beating until incorporated and smooth, and scrape the sides as needed. Pour the filling into the baked crust, then spread it out nicely, and put it in the refrigerator to chill for at least an hour before serving. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
