First, add the chocolates to a small bowl, then place it on top of a larger bowl filled with hot water, and allow it to melt while stirring continuously. You can also melt the chocolates in a microwave or double boiler, but be very careful as you might overheat them and they will be useless. Pour the whipping cream in a cold bowl, then beat it until fluffy and medium-stiff peaks form, then add in the melted chocolate (you can add the powdered sugar at this point if you want a sweeter taste along with vanilla extract for extra flavor), and continue to beat them together just until combined. Transfer the chocolate mousse to a serving glass or dessert cup, then add a topping of your choice, and serve. Enjoy!
