Chocolate cakes are absolutely one of the best desserts ever and I can probably eat them every day. This recipe by CHUCKWUEMEKA KITCHEN on YouTube is one of my all-time favorite versions ever because they are super easy and simple to make, plus, they come out perfect each time. You should also give this a try and share it with your family, they’ll thank you for sure!
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder together, then beat in the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter over high speed until smooth and combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl, then continue to beat using high speed, and add the eggs one at a time while mixing continuously. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then continue to beat over medium-high speed until well combined.

Step 2
Chop the chocolates, then heat them in the microwave to soften, and stir them until melted and smooth. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla to the mixture, then alternate the flour mixture and sour cream while beating continuously until combined. Add the coffee and mix to combine, then pour the batter into a bundt pan, and put it in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow the cake to cool down, then add frosting if you want, and serve. Enjoy!
