Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  • ⅓ cup of condensed milk
  • ¾ cup of chocolate

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the desiccated coconut and condensed milk, then mix and fold them together using a spatula until well combined, scoop up the mixture into small portions, and shape them into balls. Place them on a plate in a single layer and set them aside. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium or medium-high heat, then fill it with water, and bring it to a boil. Put a heat-proof mixing bowl on top of the saucepan, then add the chopped chocolate, and stir it around until melted.

Step 2

Next, remove the bowl from the heat, then allow the chocolate to cool off, and start coating each coconut ball. Place the coated coconut balls on a surface line with parchment paper, then transfer the leftover melted chocolate to a piping bag, and drizzle it all over the chocolate for texture and design. Put them inside the fridge to set for at least 10 minutes before serving, once ready, serve, and enjoy!
