The Holiday season is one of my favorite seasons not only because of the parties and events that happen all around but also because of the food and the treats that I get to eat. But, you don’t always have to wait for a party or event to happen to have some decadent treat, because you can just make them in the comfort of your home whenever you want with the help of this recipe by Hungry Happenings on YouTube.
Step 1
Melt the chocolate, then add the caramel bits and cashews, and give them a good stir until well combined and distributed. Scoop out 24 spoonfuls of the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper making sure to space them apart evenly.
Step 2
Sprinkle the chopped cashews all over the top of each spoonful, then place it in the refrigerator, and let it chill for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate completely hardens. Once ready, remove it from the fridge, then place it on the counter at room temperature, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of caramel bits and heavy whipping cream, then give them a good mix, and heat them in the microwave on a high setting for about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Remove them from the microwave, then stir them until smooth, and drizzle the sauce over the chocolate clusters as demonstrated in the video. Allow the caramel to dry or set, then serve, and enjoy!
