Ingredients:

  • 300 grams or 3 cups of biscuit
  • 300 grams or 1¼ cups of peanut butter
  • 200 grams or 1¼ cups of chocolate

Directions:

Step 1

Put the biscuits in a food processor or Ziploc bag, then process or crush them using a rolling pin until fine crumbs, and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter to the biscuit crumbs, then mix them together until well combined and uniform, and using your hands, press and form them into cylindrical-shaped pieces. Cover them with plastic wrap, then put the freezer, and let them harden for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

While waiting for the bars to set, break the chocolate into smaller pieces, then put them in a heat-proof bowl, and heat them in a double boiler or microwave stirring them until melted. Take the bars out of the freezer, then dip them into the melted chocolate until well coated, and place them on a wire rack or tray lined with parchment paper. Put them back into the fridge, then let them set for about 5 minutes until hardened and chilled. Pipe the remaining chocolate all over the chocolate bars to decorate them, then put them back in the fridge to chill for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
