I’ve been looking for the easiest way of preparing chicken wings but I always stumble upon complicated ones or something that just have too many seasonings. Not until I found this recipe by YUMMY Ph on YouTube, what’s even better is that I can actually make 3 different kinds of chicken wing flavors through this video tutorial!
Buffalo
Garlic parmesan
Honey BBQ
Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, then give it a nice toss, and dredge in cornstarch seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat up the oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat, then start deep frying the chicken wings in batches to not overcrowd the pan, and cook them for about 10 to 12 minutes or until nice and golden brown. Place the cooked chicken wings on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess oil. Coat with either buffalo, garlic parmesan, or honey BBQ sauce, then serve with your favorite dip, and enjoy!

Step 2
Prepare the sauces. For the buffalo chicken wings, simply mix together the hot sauce and cayenne pepper in a pan over medium heat, then toss about 6 pieces of wings in melted butter and coat in the prepared buffalo sauce. For garlic parmesan chicken wings, melt the butter in a pan, then saute the garlic until fragrant and pour over the chicken wings. Give it a nice toss, then add the parmesan cheese, and mix. Lastly, for the honey BBQ chicken wings, put the BBQ sauce in a pan, then let it reduce before adding the honey. Mix it until well combined, then pour over the chicken wings, and toss.
