  • 1 tsp lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup parsley (finely chopped)

Step 1

Next, chopped 1/3 cup of fresh parsley, minced 4 garlic of cloves, zest 1 lemon, and get 1/4 cup of lemon juice. After this, cook 12 oz of spaghetti pasta in a salted pot of water. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of unsalted butter. Once the butter is melted, lay down the chicken tenders and saute each side for about 2 minutes. Once the chicken tenders are done, set them aside. In the same skillet, add 3/4 cup of dry white wine and scrape the bottom to deglaze. Cook it down for about 5 minutes.
