Step 1
Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap, then pound them with a meat tenderizer to make them thinner, and then mix the seasonings together.
Step 2
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over all of the chicken pieces, then rub them until both sides are evenly coated, and dredge them with some flour.
Step 3
Place a skillet on a stove over medium heat, then heat the oil, and melt the butter.
Step 4
Shake off the excess flour on the chicken, then place it in the hot skillet, and cook the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 5
Place the cooked chicken on a separate plate, then in the same pan, add the capers, white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Bring it to a simmer, then add the butter, and give it a good stir until melted.
Step 6
Put the chicken back into the skillet, then let them cook for an additional 2 minutes, and make sure to baste the chicken. Serve and enjoy!
