Pound the chicken breasts until they are about 1/4-inch in thickness. Once done, spread three tablespoons of mustard on them using a spoon or brush. Next, season with salt and ground black pepper on top.
Add two ham slices and three pieces of each chicken breast. Gently roll the chicken and use toothpicks to secure them. Set them aside.
In a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Mix until well combined. Sift the flour with paprika onto all sides of the chicken.
Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon of province herbs, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter on a plate. Mix until well combined.
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumbs on all sides. Repeat with the other piece.
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a pan over heat, then add the coated chicken. Cook until brown and crispy on both sides.
Transfer to a pan and bake at 350F for about 30 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and remove the toothpicks. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
