When I’m in a hurry and I need a quick but delicious breakfast, my go-to is this cheesy chicken omelet recipe by Helen’s Kitchen on YouTube. This dish is very easy to prepare and you can adjust the seasonings or modify the ingredients to your preference.

Omelet is a no-fail dish that you can also make using leftovers and into a portion that you prefer, if you want a larger batch, you can double the ingredients listed below. Learn how to cook this quickly and easily with the help of the video tutorial below.

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the chicken, salt, and pepper, then give them a good mix, and set them aside. Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the chicken until cooked through and browned, and set them aside in a bowl.
Step 2
In the same pan, saute the chopped onion, green chili, and bell pepper, then season them with salt and pepper, add the coriander leaves and tomato sauce, and give them a good mix to combine.
Step 3
Put the cooked chicken back into the pan and mix them well before setting aside in a bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl along with salt, pepper, and coriander leaves, then heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan, and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 4
Put the cooked chicken on one side, then sprinkle grated cheese on top, and gently flip the empty side of the egg over to cover the chicken. Transfer the omelet to a serving plate, then serve, and enjoy!
