Here’s an easy and inexpensive dessert recipe by The Anthony Kitchen on YouTube that is sure to be a hit in your parties or even a normal weeknight meal with the family. This classic dip is one of my all time favorite, I love to dip crackers on it and would always bite after bite until there’s no more left on the plate. I tried making this last week for my niece’s birthday and the whole family absolutely loved it!
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese and beat it using a hand mixer over medium-high speed for about 30 seconds before adding the powdered sugar. Switch to a low setting and continue mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until well combined. For a silky texture, add in the vanilla yogurt, then add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt as well, mix them together until incorporated, then set them aside.

Step 2
In a separate mixing bowl, add in the cherry pie filling, then squeeze out the juice of half a lemon, and season with a pinch of salt, stir them all together until well combined, then set it aside until ready to use. Grab a 3-cup capacity serving bowl or dish, then transfer the cream mixture, and smoothen it evenly up to the edges. Add the cherry pie filling mixture on the top and center of the cream mixture making sure to spread it outward. Serve and enjoy!
