Cherry berry cobbler is one of my all-time favorite desserts and it’s a treat that I always look forward to making. This is famous and is most commonly made during the Summer season, but you can bake it any time you want, no matter the season because it’s so delicious that you’d want to eat it every day if you can.

Slurry
Sugar Sprinkle
Step 1
Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the cherries and mixed berries, and then add the water, white sugar, light brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Mix them around and bring them to a boil for about 10 minutes, then set the heat to low, prepare the slurry, and pour it into the saucepan.
Step 2
Give them a good mix to combine, then add the almond extract, stir well until well combined, and turn off the heat. Put 1 of the crusts into an 8×8-inch baking dish, then poke holes all over the bottom using a fork, and let it bake at 350°F for about 7 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the other pie crust into strips, then cut the excess into smaller pieces, and add them into the filling mixture.
Step 3
Transfer the filling to the pre-baked crusts, then weave the crust strips on top as shown in the video, and sprinkle the mixed sugars over the top aiming at the crusts. Place it in the preheated oven, then let it bake uncovered for about 45 to 55 minutes, and serve. Enjoy!
