If you’re not much of a fan of cauliflowers, then you’ll surely change your mind when you try this yummy recipe by Joanna Cismaru on YouTube. It’s a delicious way of preparing cauliflower because you’ll never notice that it’s made of veggies, that’s how good it is.

You can make this using only about 7 ingredients, most of which you might already have available in your kitchen. You should give this a try and I’m sure you can finish a whole serving in just one sitting. Watch the video tutorial below now to learn how.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside. Roughly chop the cauliflowers into florets, then add them to a food processor, and pulse until rice consistency.
Step 2
Transfer it to a microwave-safe container, then cover it with the lid, and heat it in the microwave for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
After heating the cauliflower, set it aside to cool down until there’s no more steam, and transfer it to a large bowl.
Step 4
Add in the eggs, mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper, then give everything a good mix to combine, and divide the mixture evenly into the 2 prepared baking sheets.
Step 5
Shape them into a rectangular or round shape, then place them in the preheated oven to bake for about 25 minutes or until nice and golden.
Step 6
After baking, remove it from the oven, then sprinkle the remaining cheese all over the top, and put it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
