Cheese Mixture

  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese

For Topping

  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Place a pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then fill it with water, and bring it to a rolling boil. Add the chicken bouillon, salt, and jumbo pasta shells, then give them a good stir, and let it boil for about 5 to 6 minutes or until al dente (you can refer to the package instructions). Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then drizzle olive oil, and add the sausage. Break and cook them until brown, then add the chopped onion and garlic paste, and stir them together until combined. Let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, then add the pasta sauce, and stir them together to combine.

Step 2

Season them with complete seasoning, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Creole seasoning, then give them a good stir, and allow them to simmer over low heat. In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, parsley, and parmesan cheese, then mix them together until well combined, and set it aside. Preheat the oven to 350°F, then drop some of the meat sauce all over the bottom of the baking dish, then stuff the cooked pasta shells with some meat sauce, and top it with the cheese mixture. Place the stuffed shells all over the baking dish in a single layer, then add some more meat sauce all over the top, and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Let it bake for about 20 minutes at 400°F, then serve, and enjoy!
