Ingredients:

  • Loaves of bread
  • Butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chili flakes
  • Grated cheese
  • Cooking oil

Directions:

Step 1

Place a small or medium pan on a stove over medium heat, add in at least a tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Once melted, add in the minced garlic and cook it for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat. The amount of your butter depends on how many loaves of bread you’re making. For the garlic, it depends on your preference and taste, you can add less or more. Plus, you can also season it with salt and pepper if you’d like.

Step 2

Scoop out the garlic butter while still melted and hot, then spread it on top of each loaf evenly. Heat up a skillet pan, then place the loaf on it with its unbuttered side down. Grate any kind of cheese on top as much as you’d like, then sprinkle some coriander leaves or any herb you prefer. Roast the bread until the cheese has melted, to make it faster you can cover it with a lid. After roasting, sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
