This pretty quilting technique by JuneTailorInc on YouTube requires only fabric scraps and old pieces of denim to make! You can use this method to make a blanket, bag, or anything you want, plus, you can also give this as a gift to a loved one. The steps are already made easy to follow and even beginners can give it a try without having to worry about messing it up.
Step 1
Pick the denim and print fabrics that you want to use, then make sure to wash and dry them first so that they shrink before you start stitching. Cut the denim to size using the ruler and cut the print fabric into 5-inch squares as well, then lay the circle and square fabrics together with their wrong sides facing, and secure them in place with basting spray or fabric pins.

Step 2
Repeat this step with the rest of the fabric pieces, then lay two circles together with their denim sides facing making sure they are matching nicely, and stitch along the top edge of the square. Spread the fabric open, then add another piece of the circle to build your row, and press the seam allowances flat and open.
Step 3
Once done stitching the rows, lay them together with their denim sides facing, then stitch all across the top of the squares, and press their seam flat and open. After stitching the rows to each other, fold the very top and sides over, then press them down as shown in the video, and topstitch all around the edges of the curves. Wash and dry the quilt to fray the edges of the denim nicely.
