These tots are filled with cheese and are so delicious that you’ll surely keep eating until they’re all gone. You can serve them for parties or cookouts, too, and I bet everyone will love them and will keep coming back for seconds. Learn how now by watching the video tutorial below.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside. Chop the cauliflower into small florets, then add them to a food processor, and pulse them until fine crumbs or rice-like texture. Transfer them to a microwave-safe container, then cover them with the lid, and heat them for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place the cauliflower in a large bowl, then let it cool for about 5 minutes, and add in both cheese followed by the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well incorporated, then scoop a tablespoon of the mixture, and shape it into tots.
Step 3
Place them on the prepared baking sheet, then continue to shape the rest of the cauliflower mixture, and place them in the preheated oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce on the side and enjoy!
