If you haven’t decided on which desserts to serve on the table for your party, try these super cute carrot patch brownies, if you don’t like carrots that much, then don’t worry because they aren’t real carrots, they’re strawberries! If you want to learn how to make this recipe, then follow the following instructions as taught by Delish on YouTube.
Other things you’ll need
Step 1
Prepare your brownie batter according to your package instructions, then spray the inside of a 9*13 inches baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray, line it with parchment paper, and spray it again with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly. Pop it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 28 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let it cool completely. Prepare the orange frosting in a small and deep mixing bowl. Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl and put them in the microwave on a high setting for about 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds to remove clumps.

Step 2
Once done, add in the coconut oil and a few drops of orange food coloring, and mix them until well combined. Grab a skewer and pierce the cleaned strawberries at the center of their crown, then dunk them in the melted orange chocolate mixture, coating them several times as preferred. Place them on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then pop them in the oven and leave them to sit for about 15 minutes. Remove the cooled brownies, then top them with chocolate frosting, and sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Place the strawberries on top as well as the Robin eggs. Slice the brownie into squares and serve!
