How can you say no to this yummy caramel apple crumble cheesecake? I was lucky to discover this recipe by Tasty while scrolling through my phone. It’s definitely one of the best cakes I have ever made this month. The buttery crust, creamy filling, and crunchy topping are perfect! Every bite of this dessert is heavenly.
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 cup of brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
For the filling:
- 16 oz of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 green apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
Topping:
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)

Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 2:
Make the crust. In a large bowl, add 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup of brown sugar, and 1/3 cup of melted butter. Mix everything until well combined. Press it into the bottom of a greased 8-inch pan and place it inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
In a different bowl, add 16 ounces of softened cream cheese,1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, then spread over the graham cracker crust.
Step 4:
Layer the apple slices on top of the filling.
Step 5:
In another bowl, combine 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cp of flour, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle it evenly over the apple layer. Place it inside the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Once done baking, remove from the oven and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
