I always include canned tunas in my grocery list because I love them so much, mainly because of how delicious it is but most importantly how you can serve them in different ways. One of my favorite ways of cooking canned tunas is by turning them into patties, they are perfect to serve as is, with some rice or any of your favorite side dishes on the side, and you can also serve them in buns with some mayo, lettuce, and more.

Preparing them is super easy and doesn’t require that much effort, all you have to do is mix everything, shape them in the desired patty size or thickness, and fry them up. The ingredients are also very easy to find and most of them you might already have in your kitchen, they are ready in as fast as 10 minutes, too, perfect for a last-minute recipe idea! Learn how now with this video tutorial by Casual Cooking on YouTube.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, drained canned tuna, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, then mix everything until well combined, and flatten them in the bowl nicely.
Step 2
Divide it into 4 sections equally, then shape each section into a patty, and set them aside. Place a pan on a stove over medium heat, then heat some oil, and cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer them to a plate, then serve with rice, with buns, or as is, and enjoy!
