My family loves potatoes no matter how it is served whether they’re baked, fried, or grilled, it doesn’t matter because only one thing is for sure, they will finish a whole serving in just a few minutes. When it comes to favorite recipes, one of my go-to is this one by Spaceships and Laser Beams on YouTube.

These campfire potatoes are super easy and quick to prepare all you have to do is put everything in a foil pack and let the potatoes cook for a few minutes. This is very convenient for campouts or even cookouts. Watch the video tutorial below to learn how now.
Step 1
Grease a 24-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray, then slice the potatoes into thin pieces, and place them in the middle of the greased foil.
Step 2
Season them with salt and pepper to taste, then slice the butter thinly, and spread them all over the top of the potatoes. Add the small pieces of bacon and green onion on top, then finish by topping them with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and fold the foil over the potatoes securely.
Step 3
Make sure to fold in the edges to make a foil pack as shown in the video, then place the pack over the fire or grill over medium heat, and allow the potatoes to cook for about 20 minutes depending on the thickness. Serve and enjoy!
