Wingstop is famous for its delicious menu and a lot of people keep coming back because of how tasty their food is, but if you ask me what my favorite is, I would say without a doubt that it’s their cajun fried corn. It just never fails to impress me and I bet it would be a great dish to serve for cookouts or BBQ parties.

So, I tried looking for a copycat recipe that I can try so that I can make this dish at home, too. Among all of the video tutorials that I found, this one by MF Cookin on YouTube stood out to me the most, and it tastes just as good as the original I can never have enough of it. Try rit now and see for yourself!
Step 1
Cut the corn on the cob into 4 pieces and finely chop the parsley. Place a pan on the stove over medium-high heat, then add the oil, and heat it before adding the corn pieces.
Step 2
Fry the corn for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown, then set them aside on a wire rack or a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess oil, and prepare the sauce.
Step 3
Melt the butter, then add ½ tablespoon each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and smoked paprika, and add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, and ½ tablespoon of parsley.
Step 4
Put the corn in a large mixing bowl, then pour in the sauce, and give them a good toss until evenly coated. Add the grated parmesan cheese, then toss to combine, and serve. Enjoy!
