Step 1
Prep the ingredients and start slicing the onions, bell peppers, and sausages, then put them in a mixing bowl, and set aside. Fill a large pot with water, then sprinkle some salt, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the penne pasta and cook it according to the package instructions, then drain off all the water once cooked. While waiting for the pasta to cook, heat up a large pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil followed by the veggies and sausages, and give them a good toss frying them until nice and soft. Season them with creole seasoning to taste, then give them a good stir, and continue to cook until brown. Once done frying the veggies, transfer them into a clean mixing bowl, then set them aside for later. Now, cut the chicken breasts through in half, then slice them into smaller pieces, and add them to the same pan making sure to add more oil as needed.

Step 2
Season the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to taste, then toss them together to combine, and adjust the flavor as preferred. Keep stirring the chicken and cook them until nicely browned, then add the cooked veggies and sausages, and mix them together until well combined. Add the drained and cooked pasta, then give them a good mix, and add about ½ to 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and half a cup of parmesan cheese, you can add more or less depending on your preferred consistency and creaminess for the sauce. Give them a good stir until combined and uniform, then cook them over medium-high heat, and once bubbling, reduce the heat. Continue cooking until the sauce has thickened and the cheese has melted, then add some freshly chopped parsley, and mix until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
