This rich and yummy soup will surely bring you comfort in an instant, and I bet not only you but the whole family will ask for another serving of this goodness. Seasoning
Step 1
Place a pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the oil, and heat it before adding the ground beef.
Step 2
Break it apart and cook it until no longer pink, then add the onions, carrots, bell peppers, salt, and black pepper, and give them a good mix.
Step 3
Let them cook while stirring consistently for about 3 to 4 minutes, then add the minced garlic and cabbage, and keep stirring until well combined.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste, beef broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes, then give them a good stir to combine, then turn the heat up, and bring it to a simmer.
Step 5
Add the seasonings and Worcestershire sauce, then stir them well, and let the soup cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the rice, then mix them well to combine, cover the pot with the lid, and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Adjust the seasonings to taste, then let it continue to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the rice is tender. Serve and enjoy!
